Pre-ordered items do not ship until the sale date on the product page. Any items placed in an order with a pre-ordered item will be held until the sale date of the pre-ordered item.

Pre-orders are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Some releases are very limited and will not be able to be filled. We usually won't know for sure if we can fill your order until the week of the release. 95% of the time, we are able to fill all preorders, but every once in a while a super limited release comes along and we are only able to get a limited amount of copies from our distributor. We apologize in advance if this happens to you.


Please email us at before returning or exchanging any product so that we can issue you a return authorization to insure that your return is processed accurately and quickly.

When returning products please use a service that allows you to track your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for products lost during return shipment. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number and return authorization number in the package.

All items must be returned in sealed and undamaged condition with all original packaging for a full refund.
